[Resolved] Airtel — Regarding harassment to link Aadhaar number with my prepaid mobile number [protected] | |||||
This is to your kind information that i am using last 5-6 year my airtel prepaid number i. E. [protected] and as per the direction of government of india regarding link aadhar number with mobile number. Therefore, i went to airtel mini store at bhagat singh market, near gole market, new delhi-110001 on 11.07.2017 for linked my aadhar number with my mobile number, but the employee who is seating there namely mr. Rahul rajput, he said your aadhar card cannot not be link with your mobile number due data not matched with my identity (I. E. Spelling mistake in my name and my father name is also wrongly printed) in your record. How can it is possible at the time of getting this connection i was submit my identity proof. And he guide me that i will change my prepaid number in postpaid, thereafter your problem will be solved and your can change it in prepaid after 90 days. In the same day evening i call in airtel customer care for asked the procedure that how i link my aadhar number with my prepaid number if data is not matched in your record. The customer care executive said that there is no problem to link your aadhar number with mobile number, when you linked your aadhar card number with mobile number than automatically your personnel details will be corrected in our record. Therefore i gone again on 12.07.2017 in aforesaid airtel mini store and talk to mr. Rahul that i called yesterday i. E. 11.07.2017 in airtel customer care and customer executive said to me that i can easily link my aadhar numer with my mobile number, but they refused to link aadhar numer and said to me that connect to airtel customer care executive and tell to talk to me. Thereafter, i call again in airtel customer care on 12.07.2017 (Afternoon) regarding this issue and talk to mr. Rahul rajput and after lot of convincing done by customer care executive finally mr. Rahul is agreed and he has done this work. Mr. Rahul rajput was also enjoying talking to other customer about this issue at that time. You are therefore requested to please take necessary action and warn to mr. Rahul that they keep in mind that this kind of hassle is not to do with any other customer in future.
