Airtel — regarding misbehaviour by airtel customer executive

Mai pichle 45 din se apne airtel no. Pe internet use nahi kar pa rahi jiski complaint maine airtel cc 121 pe aur local airtel office jo sarkanda near pratab chowk old bridge, bilaspur (Cg) me hai waha gai thi...1 mahine tak waha ye bol k ghumaya gaya ki aadhe ghante me net start ho jaega.. Par itne din me bhi jab net start nahi hua to us office me baithe airtel k ladke ne misbehaviour karna start kar diya.. Bar2 server down h bol k humko bar2 office se bhaga diya.. Phir ek din bola net chalu nai hoga jo karna h kar lo, no. Band kara lo.. Maine kaha kar do band to band bhi nahi kiya aur bhi ghatiya tarike se baat kiya... Us aadmi ki wajah se mujhe majboori me apna itna purana no. Band karana pad raha h...
Jab service de hi nahi sakte to rakhe hi kyu h aise faltu logo ko...
Mai government electricity board me engineer hu... Apna kaam chhod k kai bar airtel office gai... Solution to door ki baat waha k ladke nahi insult kar k bhaga diya... Mera airtel no. Corporate no. Hai airtel postpaid ka... Mere under taqreeban 1 lakh consumer hai... Jinko mera no. Band hone par dikkat ka saamna karna padega..
I want strict action againt that third class airtel customer executive.

Please deactivate my SIM [protected] with immediate effect as I will go outside India.
The above statement was emailed to the Airtel company ([protected]@in.airtel.com) on 30th December, 2017 . But till date they have not deactivate my SIM.
To day i have paid mobile bill through on line sbi my mobile no is [protected], type post paid. pl send my receipt to my mail id which i have given i.e. g.[protected]@itc.in, i need to apply for re-embersment. pl send the bill receipt.

i recharged Rs.199/- on 27.12.2017 & 31.12.2017 for free sms & free cal rate purpose.but in my mobile it was not activated.kindly refund the above amount of Rs.398/-

My call got connected but no one attained the call .i think there agent was sleeping.there app do not works .they do not reply on the tweet
I’d recharged with ₹349 plan on 17 Dec, 2017 and got my balanced reduced for no cause
Is it fair to provide such kind of a service with acute carelessness

My customer id ( [protected]). Airtel deducted 15 for late fee on prepaid Airtel DTH. Don't know why Airtel taking late fee on prepaid DTH services. Pls do needful.
