Airtel — regarding my fastag status

Greetings,
This is regarding my fasttag activation.
I purchased fasttag from airtel payments bank on 11th december 2019. It got delivered to me on 18th december 2019. On this day, today 21st january 2020, its still not activated yet. It's still showing shipped but not delivered in my account. Attaching the screenshot below for reference.
I visited airtel gallery, vasant oscar, lbs rd, mulund west on previous occasions but the only answer i got from them that they don't have any idea about fasttag and i should put an mail. Which i did. All the response i got was they'll respond in 24 hours. Which obviously they didn't. Please screenshot of the mail below for complain number 478682 and 4801776. Their last response to the mail was on 15th january in which they said that they'll respond in 24 hours but the didn't.

I called airtel payments bank on customer care number [protected] on the 17th of january after which they gave me a complaint number 4845862. I called the next day (18th january 2020) to check on my complaint status to which they told me to wait till 20th january 12 am to get an update (Please check the recording of call if you want to confirm). I called again on 21st january, today, to which they told me to wait another 2-3 days for an update.
Its been almost a month since i purchased a fasttag but cannot use it. I'm paying hefty fines (Double the toll amount at every toll plus waiting in line) just because i bought fasttag from airtel and it's not activated yet.
I asked the customer care executive to cancel my order and give me my refund of the refundable deposit of 200 rs. to which they said they can't refund it. I don't understand the meaning of charging a refundable deposit if it's not refundable.

This is my last mail to you, i honestly do not expect any resolution on this even after this mail but i'm just putting this for the record.

I had made a transaction for FASTAG via airtel on Dec 17th 2019. Its been a month and the fast tag has not been delivered to the mentioned address.
Why is it so? Can you help me to resolve this.
My transaction ID = FT[protected]
I have recharged my tv for RS.350 but the amount got debited but the recharge was not successful.

i have applied for Fastag on 1st DEC 2019 FASTag through but still i have not received any update on delivery but amount deducted by airtel.
FASTag no. 34161fa820328aa2044eda80 not recd till date from airtel bank. applied on 14th dec, 19 for my car no DL3CBU5042. The transaction id is FT[protected].
the DTDC ref X65759870 given was wrong which do not belong to me.
