Airtel — regarding my new channel pack. | |
Hello Sir, I am Sushma Gupta, sir with this medium of TRAI consumer complaint. I want to draw your attention regarding my new pack in Airtel DTH TV. sir I have recharged with Rs.300 for my new pack after some min. a message came from Airtel that "YOUR NEW PACK HAS BEEN SELECTED AND WILL BE ACTIVATED SOON" but I am unable to see my recharge pack last from 8 days of my recharge. I have called customer care. and first day they said that 24hr. will be taken, then after next day they said 48 hr. and in this ways they are not taking any action regarding my complaint. they also violate the rules of COPRA. So sir kindly grant my complaint. for this I will higly obliged for you. Was this information helpful? | |
