Airtel — Regarding prepaid issues | |
Hlo I am Rashi Gupta Yesterday I recharge my phone no. [protected] through airtel thanks app via debit card The amount got deducted from my card but recharge has not done. Airtel sent a message which says " payment of rupees 399 done via airtel thanks app through debit card has been processed Order Id 672110************* You will recieve the order confirmation within 4hrs" It's been more than 12 hrs and I haven't recieved any confirmation regarding my recharge Kindly refund my money or confirm recharge Was this information helpful? | |
