[Resolved] Airtel — Regarding the wrong commitment from airtel for number porting | |||||
I Retheesh Rajan (mob no [protected]) recently port my number from Vodafone to Airtel. I was happy with vodafone from last couple of years except some recent billing issues. When i started my process for porting. Airtel executive give some plan which committed like 600 minits local and STD call to any number in india.Its including landline and mobile and max bill is coming up to 1300 max. Now customer care people telling like there is no such plan in this amount which including these kind of billing plan. This may issue from there customer executive. As i am a customer why i want to struggle with service provider mistake ?I am always believing in India judiciary Request for a suitable solution for this issue.
