Airtel — regarding wrong and incorrect billing of airtel no. [protected] | |||
Dear sir, I am hereby state that we are having corporate connection in the name of ekanshi engineering private limited. It was on testing mode and we thought if we get the better offer as well as better service then we switch to our more than 2000 from vodafone numbers into airtel. We have 299 plan on this number along with 5 gb data per month but we are paying more than 800 rs. Since this activation of this number. We are sure that, there is some error with your accounting since airtel is charging access data charge from us while in my airtel app it is showing that 12 gb left yet. So, i request you to kindly look into the matter and get the telephone bill corrected. Now i am sending back the telephone bill as well as screen shot of data left in my airtel application for the ready reference and essential correction.
