Airtel — Removal of airtel junction box

Dear sir, i wish to bring your notice that there is an airtel broadband junction box in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge. Please note we are planning to demolish and reconstruct the compound wall as it has cracked and may fall anytime soon and cause damage to property and people. Please do the needful to remove the airtel junction box. We recently met your staff and informed about the issue but they were not helpful and asked us to lodge a complaint. Please confirm the receipt of this complaint by email or a call to advise when the box will be removed so that we can arrange for the compound wall demolition works. Thanks and best regards.
