[Resolved] Airtel — Remove my email address coz i am not a airtel customer

Requested you to please remove my email address as shrichand. [protected]@gmail.com, because of i am not a part of subject airtel mobile number. May be mistakenly added from your executives. For further clarification please contact me with my below mobile number.
Very irritating because i am not a part of for airtel mobile number [protected]. And before this i was already informed you to delete my email id (Shrichand. [protected]@gmail.com), but still repeated the same.
Hence request you to please delete my email id from your account.

Got a phone from your customer care representative and he said me to sent a text message to Airtel with 2 rupees charge, so may i know to why i'll have to pay this wasted money to Airtel. because its not a my mistake, mistake is may be happen from user(mob.no- [protected]) or your executives.
