I am working in united arab emirates (Uae) country till now from more than 4 years back. I was used in my airtel new prepaid sim number has more than 18 months in india and uae. So few days before my airtel sim was not worked and network symbol also not appeared in my mobile. So i want recharge and in my prepaid airtel sim activate. I have paid rs500 for new airtel broadband connection after confirming feasibility for my place. But itseems like these is no feasibility in my place and it has been 2 months since I paid, but my refund amount is yet to be credited back to me.

No outgoing calls are going through my airtel connection to any other operator . After trying for sometime it goes through. The call is getting disconnected without any message . it starts working like after an hour. I have been facing this problem since the past 1 week.
