I am writing this letter on behalf of the residents of Bevinkoppa Village, Post: Amatur, Taluk: Bailhongal, District: Belgaum, Karnataka, to bring to your attention the persistent issue of poor Airtel mobile network coverage in our area.
Currently, more than 700 Airtel users reside in our village and depend on your services for communication, education, banking, and other essential needs. However, we are facing severe signal issues that make it extremely difficult to make calls or access mobile data. This has become a major concern, especially for students attending online classes, farmers using digital platforms, and professionals working remotely.
We kindly request Airtel to consider installing a mobile network tower or taking appropriate technical measures to improve signal strength in our village. We have also submitted an appeal to our Gram Panchayat seeking their support in this matter.
We would be grateful if your technical team could conduct a site survey and assess the feasibility of enhancing network coverage in Bevinkoppa. We are confident that this initiative will greatly benefit both Airtel and its customers in our region.
