I, Rohit Toppo, requested multiple times to discontinue my Airtel WiFi/Broadband connection (Broadband ID:[protected]_wifi, Registered Mobile: [protected]).
Despite repeated requests through customer care, Airtel is refusing to disconnect my connection immediately and is forcing me to continue the service until 27th of the billing cycle. They are asking me to use the service and pay again before disconnection, which is unfair and causing unnecessary billing.
I clearly informed them that I want immediate disconnection and I am ready to pay the final bill, but they are delaying the process and trying to generate the next billing cycle.
This is harassment and unfair trade practice because a customer has the right to request disconnection at any time and pay the final bill only.
I request the authority to:
Immediately disconnect my Airtel WiFi connection
Stop further billing
Generate final bill only
Take action against Airtel for delaying disconnection
