Rs.169/- deducted from my mobile recharge without any usage of Internet. I contacted customer care and they said only Rs.80/- can be refunded and refused to refund the deducted money of Rs.169/-. They answered in a rood manner. Let they learn to speak politely with the customers. I request you to please do needful and oblige.
