Dear Sir, I have recharge to my mobile number [protected] on 31st March 2017 near 04.31 PM.- - Trans ID[protected] And the recharge not reflected to my account till. After some i check amount detected from my bank account but recharge not done. I have recharged a mobile no. [protected]
On 02/05/2018 via paytm app worth Rs 509, money was deducted from my account & transaction was successful. So i my issue is i recharged my no. 2times due to poor network i not recivve a msg that my transaction done after some time i check my balance then my transaction its 2times done mean my no recharged 2 times so it is possible tht u can return a money of 1time recharge payment . So now i have two recharges of 509 & 399 on same no. PLEASE help me with that to return my one time amount please

I have recharged a mobile no. [protected]
On 15/03/2018 via paytm app worth Rs 448, money was deducted from my account but transaction was not successful. So i waited the day and next morning went to the recharge shop for recharge and got it done. In the daytime my previous transaction was shown completed. So now i have two recharges of 448 on same no. PLEASE help me with that
