World most pathetic service"airtel secure" by airtel
Registered claim on 19th june, 2018 got stupid statement from airtel on 29th june, 2018 that "we would like to inform that your request for device claim has been closed due to below mentioned reason.
Unauthorized modification" on motherboard seal is missing.

When i asked to share contact detail of apple authorized service center who said them that unauthorized modification done in my phone. No detail provided by airtel after commitment over phone.

Why should i do unauthorized modification to my phone just two months back my warranty cover over and my phone is under insurance. If apple service center said anything wrong to youe, just provide me detail of rejection on apple service letter head so that i can sue apple.

Just want to tell airtel its not a car or bike. People do modification in car or bike like adding alloy wheels and music system.

Just want airtel to repair my phone. Don't treat your customer like a fool. Whatever you say is correct and every statement my customer is false.
