Airtel Secure — I am complaining about airtel secure

My case of airtel secure is rejected indicating mismatch of imei number and i have already submitted certificate of samsung authorised centre letter to prove mobile is genuine and there is no mismatch
Even that i submitted working phone but when i received mobile is switch off so there is somewhere fisshy regarding this case please help me to solve it
