[Resolved] Airtel — Serious concern on the mobile number [protected] | |||
Dear sir/madam, This is to inform you that i have port my number from idea to airtel.. Number is [protected] Today i got a call from mobile no. +91 [protected]... When i have asked the name of that lady who had called, she did not tell her name and saying we are not allowed to disclose the name... But i am calling from deactivation department from airtel.. Stating that my number will be deactivate due to non payment of bill.. This is very surprising that how bill comes immediate after port and although i have cleared the idea bill also.. This is confirmation from ms. Menu mobile number [protected]. Although the portability happened very late.. Also i have asked from ms. Menu if there is any bill pending from idea, she told me that the bill will raise from airtel if there is any pending amount. This is very surprising that neither i have received the idea bill nor i have received a reminder call.. Today suddenly i got a call today morning from the above number. (+91 [protected]) saying that they will give me 2 hour time to clear the bill otherwise number will be blocked for three month and in future i will not be able to take a services. The important is that my mobile number [protected] is active from delhi circle and that lady told me that my number is not from delhi.. So if you will clear the bill in another 2 hr your services will be barred.. 1. Would like to know that if my bill is not clear then how my portability done. 2. As per called from airtel they have mentioned that my number is not from delhi circle.. Is that i have submitted the documents to the authorized person of airtel.. 3. I have not received any call any reminder from the idea to clear the bill as i have clear the last bill and i the same has handover to airtel representative. I orderd a 4g sim and followed the procedure to activate it. I sent the 20 digit number as an SMS to 121 and got a message confirming the request. But then I got a message saying that there has been an error and asking me to try with another sim because the sim is not available. What do I do?

Few updates are:
Which are surprising to me:
3 calls received from Airtel and there statements are.
Airtel reprentative statements are:
1. My Airtel bill is pending
2. As per call received from Airtel.. is not from Airtel.
3. They have suggested to me to log a complaint to police station( Received a mail)

Again Just now i got a call from Mobile number [protected].. When i am asking name of that Girl she is not ready to tell her name..
And also saying that from Airtel no body has called you..as per there records...
Now this is very serious concern that.. Would request you to kindly look in to.. Other wise i will file a complaint against..
