Subject: Airtel's services at my house at C-13, Inderpuri not available.

Dear Sir,
I have 8 phones with Airtel numbers in my house which do not catch the network.
The phone says "NO SERVICE" within my house.
The moment I step on my balcony the signal comes.
Lots of persons have complained that my number is either not available or shows out of coverage area.
This problem has been consistent since 2007 when I made my first complaint. Amongst our tenants are two senior journalist from Indian Express and NDTV group.
I had earlier also complained to Mr Kinshuk Gupta of Airtel but my issue was not resolved.
Again I have received a mail from your side that you cannot resolve my complaint.
I got a call today that the network team has been forwarded my complaint and it should be resolved before 9th December.
Now I have got a mail that due to constraints from the civic authorities nothing can be done about my complaint.
I have even offered to provide the electric connection for the Booster if Airtel wishes to install one in my house.
Tell me what I should do.

Dear Simran,

You had promised me resolution of my problem latest by 12.43pm on 9th December.

In this connection, I got a call from customer Care that my complaint has been forwarded to the Technical Team and that they will ring up before coming.

Yesterday I got a call from Mr Irfan from airtel no [protected] that he would be visiting my house along with the equipment to test the signal strength at my residence, but he did not provide any time of visit. He and the team did not turn up yesterday.

Today morning I rang him back on his number and he said that he is busy with some issue at ITO. He promised that if he will find time today he shall come in the late evening.

Now I had been promised resolution of my problem latest by 12.43 on 9th December. Is sending the Technical Team, which does not come even after confirmation, a solution to my problem? Shouldn't the Technical Team have reached out to me before the expiry of your deadline, You should have understood the problem and offered a way out.

Tell me what I should do to have my problem resolved now?

Anyways to update you, your Network Team visited my residence yesterday at 4.30pm, way after the deadline had expired. He found no signal at my residence.

Kindly let me know how you propose to proceed further in resolving my problem.

Dear Sirs,

I had complained about AIR TEL services not working on my mobile number [protected] along with 7 others in my residence.

I have got replies from 6-7 Nodal Officers and appellate officers regarding my problem all of them asking for something different or informing me that the technical team would be visiting me by such and such date.

Yesterday your technical team visited my place and found no network present at my residence which is about 300 meters from the nearest Air tel Tower.

The problem is only within my house where my phone shows "NO SERVICE" and persons who are desirous of talking to me cannot do so. In fact one of your nodal officers has even stated that it is very difficult to contact me on this phone. The reason is that there is no network within my house.

Anyways five days have passed after my complaint done at 12.48 pm on 4th December. Your Technical Team has visited my site and found there is no signal present at my residence.

Now what is that you propose to do so that I am able to use my mobile within my residence and that there is no deficiency in your service to me as a consumer.

I propose that AIR TEL puts up a booster with sufficient strength in my residence. I will provide you with free electricity connection to power up the booster.

Let me know ASAP your plan of action.
