Airtel already had tie with our builder and have all the setups (switch/router) installed in our premises..the installation would just involve getting the wires installed and activate the connection. On 31st Dec approached the so called Airtel Service guys for getting BroadBand installed in my flat. That guy called me back atleast 10 - 15 times the same day ensuring i send the needed docs immediately, also promised i would get the connection...

Wrong billing - urgent

Customer care behaviour
