Airtel — Services not proper

Hello, My name is Pramod Sharma. I am using Airtel post number and now I tried to convert that number in prepaid plan. Cause the billing amount is more as per my acceptation. I didn't get any respond from your side on my shared mobile number yet.

Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. I am paying the post paid charge for every day from last one month.

And now I am not able to pay this monthly charge. In the dec 2015 I paid more than 500 to convert the post paid plan into prepaid but my request is still not resolve from your side.

I sent you email on your given mail id airtel.[protected]@airtel.com from my email id [protected]@gmail.com. I also CC my [protected]@gmail.com in the mail.

Please resolve the issue. I am really in big trouble due to this kind of services from Airtel customer service team.
