I need update on my shifting request which was open on 19th jan and yesterday that is 27th jan and the person confirmed me that it will be shifted with in 24 hours and now today that is 28th jan when i am calling you for update and you guys are saying that due to disconnection request you shifting request has been rejected. this is an organisational number and there is no professionalism is showing from your side.
i have contacted escalation team member aaditya on 25th jan and he has confirmed me that shifting will be done with in 24 to 48 hours and after that i have contacted airtel on 26th and 27th jan also and i was not connected to aditya and some other excuses have been made that he is not on the desk and blablabla and after completing 48 hours on 27th jan i have contacted airtel again and asked why the connection is not yet shifted then someone from the team named shubham again told me to wait 24 hours again. and after completing 24 hours i have called you guys again and now someone from your team named neeraj singh interaction id[protected] told me that give me 2 more days.
What game are you playing with us. this is really very frustrating and stupid that i am calling you guys again and again and every day more than 3 times or so and till now
What you guys are talking about and this is seriously very annoying that you airtel is doing fraud with the customers and not behaving like professionally and just making money and not giving proper services.
Please i request you to shift this connection urgently as i am lossing so much money from this bad service as there is no other service is available in this area so i need consumer forum help to resolve this issue on priority.
