Airtel — signal problem and internet issue in lower ground floor

Signal issue in basement. Call drops every time. Internet is not working. It is showing only gprs on phone. We are facing problems since last few years. We have a big office space with nos. Of employees. We are planning to switch to vodafone now. We have made many complaints for this but not get proper solutions for it. Every-time they came and goes without doing proper solution for it.
