Airtel — sim card got blocked suddenly

I have been using airtel prepaid connection about an year (Approx) which i was taken from a airtel executive who was selling at a roadside by porting from jio. Suddenly my sim card stopped working and started showing no service on 13/03/2020, so i went to an airtel store and reported the issue the was telling that this sim is registered as ‘ goverment ‘ and do not contain any of my information of the proof (Aadhar) which i was submitted at the time of sim purchase. I contacted the executive who sold me the sim he was telling he can’t do anything only the store people can do something. My sim was containing a data plan for 56 days of rs 399. When i approached the airtel store they are telling that they can retrieve the sim by paying an amount of 250 for the correction and also i have to do a recharge to continue use of data where i already have one which will be deactivated. So i have to pay approx 500rs for the mistake happened by an executive also i have been using this sim approx for an year the airtel didn’t gave me any messages or call regarding this issue and they suddenly blocked my sim. So i request the airtel to kindly find a solution for this issue asap.
