Airtel — Sim deactivated without notice and refund for the active yearly plan that got cancelled due to deaactivation

My Airtel number was deactivated for re-verification without any prior SMS, reminder, call, or notification. The number had an active yearly recharge plan worth Rs. 2249, and the validity is being wasted while the SIM remains inactive. Despite multiple visits to the Airtel store, submission of an NOC, completion of KYC, and issuance of a replacement SIM, the reactivation process continues to face delays with no clear resolution. The customer care experience has been extremely frustrating, with repeated generic responses and poor follow-up. Even the appellate team has not provided meaningful assistance, making the entire process unnecessarily difficult and disappointing for a long-time Airtel customer.
