[Resolved] Airtel — sim not couriered even after 20 days of issuance | |||||
Dear team airtel, I am working in sarva haryana gramin bank and applied for postpaid Connection under cug plan at your rohtak office. Your executive miss Parul (Mob no. [protected]) contacted, me and issued me airtel no. [protected]. I have also deposited rs. 500 fee to punjab national bank Acc no. [protected] (Acc name rajan sachdeva) as requested by Her. But even after nearly 20 days of my issuance she did not send my No through courier. After repeated queries she does not provide Courier tracking no. Then she give me contact no of another guy mr. Rajan (Mob no. [protected]), he pics phone only once and promise to Send me courier tracking no with in 10 minutes. After one hr of wait i Again dialed phone no of mr rajan no but he start cutting my phone. This behavior of your service center is not acceptable as i have Requested under corporate tie up. If there is any difficulty in Issuance of my phone no kindly let me know and reject my application With valid reason. Now i get frustrated and request you to kindly arrange/ issue Duplicate no. Otherwise i does not have any option to escalate this Matter to higher authority of my organization. Your solicit support needed.
