[Resolved]  Airtel — SIM not working after port

Hi,

Today i received the message from airtel that i port request is approved and by 10 pm my number will be ported.

But at 10 pm my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.

Frankly speaking i am frustrated with the service that i am getting from you guys. I have raised request for port on 26th may, after 13 days my problem have only doubled instead of getting resolved, as now my both sim are not working.

If i call on customer care or go to airtel store they don't have any solution also, they even said i[censored] wish u can port your number to another network.

Please make my number operational otherwise tell me who will be responsible for the loose that i will go through because of inactiveness of sim

I ported my number [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel. The process initiated on 23rd of the October and i got a confirmation from Airtel on 31th night telling that my porting is completed and asked me insert my new SIM. After inserting my new SIM, it's showing 'no service' and I couldn't even get signal on the display. It's been already 30 hours I'm without network. I'm totally frustrated with your horrible service. Plz try to fix it soon. After 90 days I would go back to Vodafone. I'm so done with you guys. You have made my business to stop for a day. This is very bad on your part

I ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel, cleared the last month bill of Vodafone. Today I got a message that your Airtel connection is active now.But when I tried to recharge after browsing, there was an error. I could not recharge my mobile. I get all official call from this number. Please help. My ported number is [protected]. Screenshot of error page attached.

I ported my number from Idea to Airtel. The process initiated on 29th of the May and I got a confirmation from Idea on 4th June telling that 'my port out request has been completed', now my idea sim is not working and I haven't received any confirmation from Airtel side, also my Airtel sim isn't operational yet, after inserting my new SIM, it's showing 'no service'. It's been already 15 hours I'm without network. I'm really frustrated with your horrible service. Plz fix it soon.

Simple method just put ur sim into Nokia basic device...it will detect the network... after that you can use it in any device
I ported my number from Idea to Airtel. The process initiated on 23rd of the july and I got a confirmation from Idea on 26th-27th June midnidnight telling that 'my port out request has been completed', now my idea sim is not working and I haven't received any confirmation from Airtel side, also my Airtel sim isn't operational yet, after inserting my new SIM, it's showing 'no service'. It's been already 22+ hours I'm without network.

I'm really frustrated with your horrible service. Plz fix it soon.

I ported my number [protected] from Jio to Airtel. The process initiated on 3rd of the December and i got a confirmation from Airtel on 7th December, telling that my porting is completed and asked me insert my new SIM. After inserting my new SIM, it's showing 'no service' and I couldn't even get signal on the display. Neither my old network have network nor airtel have. Now i have no active sim. It's been already 30 hours I'm without network. I'm totally frustrated with your horrible service. Plz help me sir my all bank account are connected to this number. After 90 days . I'm so done with Airtel. Airtel have made my business to stop for a day.

I went to Airtel Store, they replace my sim card with new one, But after that i am facing same issue
My self Siddesh Salunke and I port my sim card from Idea to Airtel but it doesn't work. The signal is not available in the sim. [protected] ia that no which i port into Airtel.
Please help us to solve this problem.
