1) i port out my number from vodafone to airtel postpaid before 1 and half year back, that time airtel store from andheri east took 250/- as security deposit and told me that when i will close this number they will refund me this amount, now when i want to convert my airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid, airtel store (Chembur east) told me that in my account there is no deposit, nd when i confirm from costumer care they told me that that was activation charges, and now it will not refunded

2) my billing date is 23 of month on 24th may 2017, i went to convert my postpaid to prepaid but no one is helping me to convert this and they are taking 25 sim charges and 100 first recharge compulsory to start incoming and outgoing on prepaid, now its almost half month pass for this, i make complaint to there noddle officer also but then also i didn't get any reply from them,

    I'm rohan thukral. I have a mobile store in geeta colony. I want to let you know there is very poor sirvce of your employees. A boy gagan comes from the distributer. Firstly he never visit himself. Whenever i call him he disconnects the call. I am unable to activate a new connection from last 2-3 months. I'm calling him from yesterday he is disconnecting call. Kindly drow your attention towards the employees and distributer.

      I am complaints against my bill on 28april at 198 he is not provide me discount on my no so i have request to closed my no and i have distroy my sim after that call from airtel he provide me benifit and free sim delivered on my home i said ok. But not given sim on my home again i complain same problem and given same solution we provide sim at your home after 20days i have 5 times compliant and not received sim on my home. Finaly i decided go consumer court if airtel not provide sim why 4times commit to provide why fraud with me

      Poor network connectivity through out the sub-division of Gandacherra, Dhalai, Tripura. The company is charging high rates for internet connectivity and packs whereas people are not getting the benefits. Company is promising 3g speed but even 2g speed is not available.
      There is no ISP in my Area only BSNL is providing internet and other services and everyone is aware from BSNL services, I would like to work on it.

        Today i read a news if mobile connection is not linked with adhar before feb 2018.. Mobile no will be closed by company... Right now i am out of country for 2 year.. I will back in india next year dec 2018.. I have 4 airtel prepaid connection on my name one for my mom, one for dad, one for myself, one for brother.
        Now you tell me how i can visit myself physically to any airtel outlet for linking adhar with mobile???
        And if i will not link my no with aadhar, company will close my connection. They all are using their no since 2012. That time i took all connection on my voter id card.
        If we can linked our adhar and pan online then why not mobile no? Do some online process for aadhar linking with mobile.

        My mobile phone has 4G SIM bought in Madurai in Tamilnadu Circle .It was upgraded from 3G to 4G freelily by Airtel in March/April 2017 after physically veriying my Aadhar card right in my home in Madurai. Now I have travelled to USA and my prepaid SIM is active.My mobile number is [protected].

            Complaint against airtel store

            My name is pawan kumar joshi and i am a regular user of airtel, i have changed my airtel 3g sim to 4g from a airtel store raja park jaipur and i was satisfied with there service and they didn't charge for this service.

            But, my recent experience with a airtel store "digital electronics" bhilwara (Rajasthan) was very disappointed, i went there to link my and my wife's aadhar number to our mobile numbers and also want to change...

            Hi, this is to bring to your notice for better solution... I have been facing network issue from last 2 yrs, i made no. Of complaints to airtel customer care, till now is not resolved, but recently i stopped paying the bill as there ware not making any progress on network issue, now i want to move out of this network, they ask me to pay rs. 3726.10. (I already paid them enough for last 4 years for unreliable network). Please help me in this regards.

            Key points: airtel customer care agreed there is problem with network in my area, they are trying to install new tower from last 2 yrs, but still awaiting approval from government. Now they dont even know how many months / yrs it takes to install new tower.

            As per our telephonic conversation on [protected], i noted that your services were restricted on 3rd june 2017 due to non-payment of the due amount.

            As the payment is still overdue for your airtel mobile [protected], i am unable to restore the services again. Please make a payment of rs. 3726.10. Once the payment is received, the services will be resumed within 4 hours. I understand that you are facing network issue since 2 years and now your airtel mobile number is unders suspended mode we can't take service request. Once the number is active we can take a complaint and resolve your network issue.

            Convenient payment modes are mentioned below:

            1. Click www.airtel.in and pay online.

            2. Drop a cheque at the nearest airtel drop box. For drop box information, sms cheque to 121.

            3. Visit the nearest airtel store. For store location, sms store to 121.

            List of the nearest drop boxes and airtel stores enclosed for your reference.

            Once the payment is credited to your account, services will be restored within 30 minutes. For online payments, it may be likely that your bank may trigger an otp to your airtel mobile number in case the same is set as contact point in your bank records.in such a case, i request you to make the payment through alternative means. Some banks may allow setting a secure password which can be applied for banking transactions. You may make use of the facility or approach your bank for change of contact point (Mobile number).

            I would also like to let you know that rental charges are still applicable on your number despite services been restricted, hence it is advised to pay the amount immediately.

            Apart all, i started getting harassment from airtel collections team to pay the bill. How do you expect me to pay the bill, when there is to much of network issue?

              Airtel complain number: {83152844} i have ordered a new connection with the airtel broadband with a plan of rs 1299 on 28th may 2017. On 29th may 2017, i got a call from the airtel guys requesting for documents, so i shared my documents over whatsapp and was promised that the connection will be installed in 48 hours. After 2 days i got a call "local executive" in the morning. As i was in office, i had asked him to come at 4-5 pm in the evening. I never got a call from him till 8 pm at night. At that point in time, i asked him to come tomorrow at the same time. That's the last time i heard from them. I have been calling airtel support number [protected] everyday. I have spent hours talking to the customer service, they say that there is an issue with the backend team and will be resolved in next 24 hours, that's the statement i hear everyday but nothing happens. I had even raised a complain about it with the ref number mentioned at the beginning on 1st june 2017 but nothing has happened to this date.

              I am really frustrated with the response i am getting here.

                Air-tel is giving very ridicules service to the customers, my payment was done couple of days back, but still my number is not activated, the service is giving worst service, when i call to customer care, the executives are giving all fake updates,
                I ask them to connect superior they did't do.
                While i am talking with executive the call is disconnecting wantedly.
                They dont bather about customer money, i paid the money already but they said the payment is not done.
                Incident happend : 2nd june
                And i want my money back.

                  This is regarding the Ref47933061 and was escaleted with reference number C3GSP[protected]. I have log this request on 22 may and till today no resolution and no one is updating the status.

                  I have recharged 349(1GB data/day) in [protected] and was able to access net from my nexus mobile. Now when i have recharged 399(1gb/day) pack in [protected] it stopped working. I am able to access the data pack from other sim (BSNL, JIO, Idea) but not from Airtel. There might be some issue and restriction for this pack which is stopping me to access the net pack.

                  Please help me to address the issue with high priority as it is pending from last 14 days with airtel support team.

I have recharged 50MB data and i was able to access the 3G data atleast. If you are not able to provide 4G data please make me enable to consume atleast 3G data.

                    Its been over 3 days, cannot make outgoing calls nor receiving incoming calls. Same issue with everyone in my family having airtel. Since putting a complaint, i've been told it would take 4 working days to rectify this problem??? Really?? How are we supposed to operated without making calls??

                    Just ported from vodafone to airtel 2 months back and i am repenting big time with this decision. Got a message this morning that my complaint has been resolved, but i am still getting the same issue.

                    Worst service ever. Will be porting back to vodafone.

                      I am using airtel sim from last 3 months, previously i used to use vodafone which worked just fine. However i problem the mobile internet just gets disconnected after every 5 minutes, i have tried to talk with airtel customer care guys but it seems like they don't know what is causing this. Every time i call they tell me "sir your problem will be resolved in 72 hours". Multiple 72 hours have passed but no good.

                        My SIM stopped showing signals on 31st of May, 2017 and I was informed my sim has got damaged just like that. I asked for a duplicate sim from Airtel store, G- 57, Aggarwal Centre Plaza, DC Chowk, Sector 9, Sector 9, Rohini, Delhi 110085 on 3rd of June, 2017. My sim has not yet been activated. I called customer care on 4th of June, 2017 and the executive gave me false information that my request has been cancelled. On being asked for request number, she ddnt had the same. Kindly let me know the correct status and I am highly dissatisfied with your service.

                          I recharge my airtel dth id [protected] for rs.897/- on 20.05.2017 from a dealer. Very next day the said id in susspended due to low balance. I talk to airtel customer care rrgarding this that i have already recharge this id, they told me to recharge rs.100 more and told me that the amt 897 is reverse to dealer without my consent. When asking to dealer, he also not recieved the amt. I immediate talk at customer care, and they told that they transfer this amt for my another id [protected], which is in suspend order without my consent. And they confirm that they transfer the amt wrongly and rectify the same. I call at customer care many times for this but they did not transfer the amt at my actual id [protected]. Hence i am in very tension.

                            I dharmendra singhal secured my mobile from airtel secure.
                            On encountering a damage in my mobile, i called the customer care. The senseless executive unsubscribed me from that plan saying sorry. Now when i am asking company to pay the damage cost, the company is refusing to pay.
                            Its the fault of their executive, why should i suffer.
                            The company promised me to call back within 8 hrs, after 3 days i still dont find any call!
                            Isn't it great, the company the claims to be the largest 4g network, is totally fraud.

I am facing an problem with airtel regarding the SMS, I am not able to get SMS since 18/05/2017. Which effects my banking transactions, I called u several times and u ever you guys said it will take three working days..
                                  Now I am totally disappointed and feel stuck to choose Airtel as my network operated because its effects my banking transaction cause as per customer care i changed my SIM and reset the phone..after reset I installed my all application but due to OTP and SMS are reciving now I am stuck to acess all these application.

                                  In last It's Amaze...when I take follow and did a mail to your (appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com )
                                  no one update me what the issue and why u guys not resolving the same, it's not a big issue which u guys can resolve out this.

                                  No signal person has take initiative regarding customer problem ...u guys not take this seriously. Customer suffers it's customer problem.. it's not your responsebility..

                                  Every time u guys need a time but no output is there..

                                  Some one is there who can resolve out my problem.

                                    I had opted for the airtel 40 gb internet broadband wifi plan (40gb/8mbps) which was running quite well. However for the last month or 2 the condition of the wifi connection has become drasticaly poor. The message "'no connection available" is being shown repeatedly. I am not getting my internet connection for most of the time even when i urgently need it for personal purposes. I would request airtel to take some measures to ensure that this gets better otherwise i will be forced to withdraw this connection.

                                      Telephone number [protected] was installed at y 505 roseland residency pune during may 2013,
                                      Four years back. I have had made more than 30 complaints to rectify the phone but the system
                                      Does not work. I confirm that no incoming or outgoing calls were made as yet.
                                      Also there had been many complaints on the broadband internet. The first being the slow system,
                                      Sometimes not working and showing error. Many complaints were reported and the issues resolved after
                                      Follow up.
                                      Another issue is that of payment sometimes the invoice is of rs 746 and other times rs 846 and i have to
                                      Call the call centre to resolve.
                                      I had gone to abroad during early april 2017 and notify airtel. On return there were pending bills @ rs846
                                      And the same were resolved and paid up on 31 may 2017.
                                      On 31 may 2017 someone called and advised that i requested for disconnection on 22 may 2017 by email
                                      And i advised that it was not true. But the internet was not working and i lodged a complaint and it was visited
                                      By a technician who without touching anything advised that i should change the modem. I advised him that
                                      He needs to check and test the modem atleast. He recorded problem resolved. I complained again as the
                                      System was not working and advised that i am a ex defence officer, nri and operate an international business
                                      From home and i am 67 years old and unable to walk to a cyber cafe in the heat. I was advised that it would be
                                      Resolved by 1 pm on 02 jun 2017 as it was escalated to the highest level. But there was no response. I called up
                                      At 1 40 pm and requested for early resolution as i was loosing business and stressed out. I spoke to abhishak shukla
                                      The supervisor. I went again to a cyber cafe and came back and there was no response.
                                      Today morning i called up again around 7 am and requested for early attending of the complaint. But the call was
                                      Disconnected. I called up again around 7 1 5 am and was told that i had requested for disconnection of the line on
                                      22 may 2017 and the line is disconnected. He put me to his senior vishan who advised that on my request abishak shukla
                                      At 1 58 pm on 02 jun 2017 recorded that my line be disconnected. This was grossly wrong as all along i had been requesting
                                      For better services and never told about disconnection neither by email on 22 may and nor on 02 jun 2017 to
                                      Abhishak shukla. They need to verify the records. Anyhow vishan advised that he has put a request to reactivate
                                      The line and advised that a technician would attend to my line today.
                                      I have had paid all the bills generated for last 04 years although the services were not only poor were not provided
                                      Including telephone. They have had purposely disconnected my line as i have had compliant ed. Due to this my business
                                      Has suffered and i am personally stressed out and this has affected my health as well.
                                      I request that..
                                      1 the internet and telephone services be restored immediately
                                      2 i be paid a compensation of rs 5 lacs for 1. The poor services.2. Zero telephone services 3 wasting my time on complaints and follow ups
                                      3 for my mental agony
