I, the undersigned, have been a consumer using the services offered by airtel since over 15
Years, under the registered number being [protected] along with 16 other numbers allotted to
Our company employees on a cug plan. It is to my dismay that i must state that the airtel
Service being provided to me is deficient on the very outset. I have been and continue to be
Suffering irreparable loss of money and business due to the deficiency in services of airtel.
Airtel has been collecting monies for said services in a timely manner but has not been
Providing the me sufficient/necessary services.
I am using a plan of rs. 649/- which i have now changed from the earlier rs. 999/- plan. As a
Businessman, wherein i am entitled to make outgoing calls which was stopped without any
Reason. I was told that my aadhaar card had to be submitted to reinstate my service. Even
After submitting my aadhaar card and other documents my service continued to be
Inaccessible. I was then asked to change my sim card and the service continued to be
Inaccessible. After 5 days of not having service that too when i was out of town on a business
Trip i was told by the branch manager that my aadhaar card was mistakenly linked to another
Number by airtel and that i needed to re - submit my documents in order to restore service.
Once this was done service was restored. Now i continue to be troubled with innumerable
Call drops and disturbance while on the phone a similar problem which i had a couple months
Ago and was somewhat corrected after more than 15 complaints to the branch office and also
Personally to our service representative.
As a businessman and in order to conduct my business and thereby earn a livelihood i require
To make outgoing calls regularly. the deficiency in services has caused me irreparable losses
In terms of time, reputation, opportunity, monetary gains, etc.
I have not received any productive assistance from airtel and/or its technical team. I am still
Being subjected to deficient service and being billed for sufficient service, note these
Payments are under protest.
It is disheartening to state that having been subscribed to multiple sim cards, belonging to
Airtel and on basis of corporate/business plans where uninterrupted services of airtel is of the
Essence, i have been subjected to deficiency in services.
I hereby, forthwith, call upon airtel to resolve the deficiencies, render an unconditional
Apology, compensate me for my losses, etc. As failure to do so shall compel me to, as advised
By my lawyers, initiate a class action suit and/or a suit for damages/injunction/recovery of
Money/deficiency in services/etc. Against airtel for the said deficiency in services. I ask for
Other airtel users with similar grievance to post their grievance and share details with me.
