With reference to account no airtel broadband account no. [protected]

As i requested for new connection. Technical engineer came to my venue and checked the dp and said we can't give a connection as it is full. My installation cheque was presented by airtel and refund is still pending. Kindly request you to refund my inr 500/- at the earliest.

Contacted several times but no response.

      I am dinesh from nathapalayam, a village near tiruppur district in tamil nadu. We have a industry in our place with workforce of more than 2000 people and a village had a population of 5000 people. We don't have a airtel tower in our location. Even i tried reaching open network through mail but no response. I myself the director of thr company, we are ready to provide the land. Please take swift action to setup the tower.

      Because people coming from outside are finding difficult without the tower.

        Dear Sir/Madam

        I am post paid account holder with MDN [protected] last two years, I
        haven been facing GPRS related issue from last 4 month on one
        particular location Village- kanwarpur, Post -Shekhanpur, Tahsil
        Lambhu, district sultanpur pin-222303.

        I hardily get Edge network that two either uplink is not working or
        have downlink issue, there is no 3g and above network in this area,

        I did called customer care 121 in the month of may and registered
        complaint about GPRS issue even i got call from network team to know
        the issue stating that they will call back once issue is resolved . on
        3rd of June again i called 3 times on 121, first time my call was
        disconnected my the agent. second time another agent transfer my call
        to ivr. third time i insisted for supervisor he too disconnected my
        call on hold

        on 5th of June i got call on my alternate no [protected] from Airtel
        asking sir you have placed request to close your services. any way i
        asked to cancel the request since i have not made any such request

        I called back customer care 5th June to 121 to know how you have
        placed request to discontinue my services also asked for supervisor
        but none have attend the call however the agent said you will get call
        back from our supervisor which i am still waiting

        Sir its humble request kindly play the calls which i have made to 121
        and do the Justification i know have not requested for disconnection .
        this has been done my one of your customer care agent also please
        solve my GPRS issue too.

          I am holding 2 sim from airtel, recently from post paid to prepaid taken a request paying all the due amount. Got my prepaid sim too but the service was not activated visited the store 2 time but no resolution. Called the customer care number, after listening to the issue a agent laughs on call and the second agent places me on hold for no reason and disconnects the line. Not sure i am a customer or they, if someone have prepaid number guess this is the way airtel treats. Disappointed to the core.

            I have paid march month bill of rs.816/- and having acknowledgment for the same and paid april month and also having acknowledgment. But still, airtel people are harassing for payment of march and april bills. I have emailed the acknowledgment to them twice. Inspite of this they are making calls every day to my mobile asking for payment and disturbing my peace. I request them to immediately disconnect my fixed line number[protected].

                Why you are not providing link to link adhhar with mobile number like income tax authority.? Why you are demanding adhhar copy as the adhhar number is secret as per uidai act?

                The issue of submitting document is against the policy of digitlization, and lack of fidelity and secrecy of a person. The bank and income tax authority has provided such facility, why you are depending on you copy of adhhar. What is the gurantee that my adhhhar number will not be used elsewhere without my permission. So as per adhhar act you are requested to provide link in your websites.

                  I had an airtel sim which i had been using since many years. Yesterday when i tried reinserting my sim card after not using it for 5 months, it was showing "no sim inserted." i thought the sim card might have been damaged so i went to an airtel store for upgrading the sim card. I was informed there that my number had been allotted to some other person even when i had paid for its validity until 2025. They told me that it was alloted to this said person back in sept 2016 when i clearly remember using the sim card until 27th dec 2016. I would like for you to look into the matter and do the needful. Thanks.

                    I have ported my airtel prepaid connection from up east circle to delhi region (Gurgaon) as postpaid infinity 799 plan. Sim was activated on 21st may and till today (June 8) incoming and sms is not activated.

                    My outgoing and internet are working properly. But when someone calls me it will say "number out of service". Since sms is not working i can't do any of my banking transactions and it's my work+personal number.

                    I have raised complaint calling 121, emailing [protected]@airtel.com, visiting airtel store, calling the helpline number on the new sim etc. Last 18 days have been a torture from airtel; now i know airtel's ivr messages byheart.

                    My credit card request got rejected because verification person couldn't call me. I am not able to pay rent to my landlord because online transfer requires a sms. I am daily calling airtel representative and they give me same response "trying" "will escalate to the right team" "other 3 connections also have the same problem" etc.

                      I had recharged the mobile bill and received a message from airtel that my payment as been successfully received and the next day deactivated my phone line stating because i dont make calls and although i make payment my line will be deactivated. This is the first obsurd statement i heard in my life where you take money and stop services saying i dont make calls. Are you guys crazy...

                        4g activated but not working.
                        -called customer care. They declared issue as resolved everytime.
                        -went to saltlake sector 5 kolkata office they said it will take time but not resolved yet.
                        -they don't give any reciept or deadline that when it will resolve.
                        -no hierarchy is there if they don't help nothing will be done.

                          I requested for changing my postpaid connection to prepaid connection, i gave them my documents and photographs also paid the bill, but no action was taken after 3 weeks i visited the store again. They told me that my documents are missing i have to submit my documents and also pay the bill. The tone they were using was very inconvenient and harsh. I will not pay the bill as it is not my fault. Please solve my issue. I'm a very old user of airtel and my family, but if my problem is not solved i will not use airtel mobile services as well as d2h and not suggest anyone to use airtel

                            I was billed rs 1800 for using value added services for 83 times which i didn't activate.

                            When i raised a complaint with airtel the explanation given to me was: the services will be automatically activated when i use browser, and i have to stop it by calling customer care.

                            So, i have to pay rs 1800 for services which i hadn't requested.

                              I want to complaint about the worst customer service of libra communcation. I have ported my number to airtel through libra communication. At the time of porting they told me they will provide 20 gb data for first 3 months. After porting i got only 10 gb of data. I am continuously trying to contact with them they always provide some excuse for it and now they have stopped receiving my call

                                Hi i am monisha. I have a redmi mobile for that i thought change my airtel sim size as nano. So i visit the airtel store which located in nallayaih complex in thanjavur at 28 may. First i pay 50 rupees for new sim and i gave a id proof. They said after 24 hours it will change but it's not change. Again i visit after 2 days they do the same process but not it's change. Till today i am visited 4 times in this office but they should not give clear reply. Their respect to the customer is very very poor. I am very hurt because of their behaviour. So airtel head office please confirm your employees are do work correctly.

                                  I have been using an airtel postpaid number, but since the last 2 months i am facing connectivity issues with my internet. The connection is frequently disrupted and shows that it is suspended. Although the symbol, g, 3g or 4g is shown but the net connectivity is shown as suspended. I have tried all the methods as suggested by customer care but to no avail.

                                    Hi airtel team,

                                    I have purchased a new sim ([protected]) with frc 449/- on 2nd or 3rd of may'17 with below benift
                                    1) ult local & std for 70 days
                                    2) 1gb/day 4g for 70 day
                                    But after 35 days i. E today 7th june'17 i'm unable to do call to any no. So in response i called the airtel cce today around 1pm and share the issue. They assured me that this happend due to technical glitch and will resolve in next 48 hrs i. E i will get the remaing 35 days calling benefit but around 8 pm i got the confirmation msg thay my issue has been resolved but i'm still not able to call any no.
                                    Is this some kind of joke or what...
                                    You guys are global giant in telecome industry and this kind of activities will impact your reputation.
                                    I need my 35 days remaing calling benefit else i'm going to port my this no. Along with one more airtel no. ([protected]) which i'm using since last 5-6 years coz i have no other option if you guys are going to cheat.
                                    Hope you dont want to lose your two very old and loyal customer.

                                    Can someone let me know how do I reach out to any human voice in Airtel. Called 121 25 times today but unable to figure out call connect key in IVR. This irritates any customer when in need.

                                    And IVR also takes so much time in announcing menu options that one just gives up. Is it tactics of Airtel to dissuade people to call call centre. They fail to understand that people would like to speak to official as app or IVR does not solve issues.

                                    I have visited at Airtel Gallery on 03.07.2017 today for the purchase new SIM Card prepaid.

                                    Reply by Mr. Ashutosh - kindly wait 5 minutes but I was wait 30 minutes there is no any customer

                                    I asked to. Mr Ashutosh for purchase to new SIM card for the prepaid plan Rs 449 (For 70 days)
                                    but he told SIM card price is Rs.150 +449 kindly provide details whether is truthful or incorrect and his behavior is not good.

                                      Hi team,

                                      This is in regards to my airtel postpaid bill amounting rs.17421/-.

                                      As per trai, the international sim vendor should inform the customer through sms or other message upon reaching 70 per of the credit limit. Also if the credit limit is breached the services should be barred till such time the customer deposits the necessary amount with the operator.

                                      However, in my case airtel has not informed me regards to exceeding my credit limit & levied charges beyond that. Also when i have called there customer care, none of the cse has information on the same.

                                      I am relentlessly following up with airtel team but every time they are explaining about the usage & giving excuses for not informing about credit limit criteria.

                                      Request you to please look into this & help me.
