[Resolved] Airtel — Sim porting not done even after 25 days and submitting documents 3 times | |||
Hi, This is sheetal here, my mobile number is prepaid airtel rajasthan number. One of your representative ccame to my office and said that he will provide me airtel postpaid 499 plan in 349 rs. I enquire about the plan and he said that i can port my existing sim to airtel postpaid hariyana number. I provided all the required documents like pan card, adhar card, office id photo copy and one photograph on 24 march 2017. He said that my number will be port in 4-6 days and handed over me a sim. I forgot to take that person number. I got many calls from airtel postpaid department for document submission, when i said i have already submitted the document, they cut the call by saying its showing pending status to them. I tried calling airtel customer care but didn't get any satisfing response. I was clueless and just waiting for new sim to be activated. On 8th of april i got the call from the person narendra ([protected]) that 349 plan has not come so i have wait for another week. I said i have already suffered alot, please activate 499 plan. He asked for my office id card again, inspite of having all the documents. I shared the id card again over whatsapp. Then i started getting the updates about the port. I was happy that finally everything is going fine and i don't need to do internet and talk time recharge in my another sim. But on 14 april i got the message that portion request is rejected because upc expired. My upc expired because of the representative who delayed my application. I generated the new upc and shared with narendra. But still didn't get any status update. Today i got a call from airtel for submitting my documents. And i have submitted all documents with photograph again today. Just want to ask 1. How many times i have to submit the documents? 2. Wo will bear the cost of recharge i have done in other sim, because i was waiting for this stupid port to be completed. 3. I have suffered alot mentally and financially. Will i get the offer will i have promised before or it was just to make fool o[censored]s. 4. My new upc will expire on 29 april. Can you port my sim within this week? Is really really disappointing. Airtel pls resolve my concern. I hope for the positive response and pls don't ask me to submit any documents again, i have already submitted that 3times and its been nearly a month now.
