Airtel — sim replacement charge

Today my airtel sim got replaced at madhubani airtel store located at purnia bihar. I was charged rs 50/- without providing any money reciept. They told me that if i want to get sim replacement free of cost.. Then come in feb... Is this correct??

Seems there is something fisy. Please look into this matter as smelling some corruption here by your official.

I did recharge for 92 for which I suppose to get 6 gb data but they provide only 3 gb and customer care no there is no option or direct key provided by them when I tried to call customer care and also they do not provide any cash back using airtel money banking
