Airtel — Sim swap issue - photo mismatch

I was not able to dial/receive any calls from 5th march.I called Airtel customer care and they informed me that may be my sim card is corrupted due to some reasons requested me to visit Airtel store.

I visited Airtel store and explained the issue. They asked me to pay 50 INR and provided me the new sim card. Also they took the photograph of my original aadhar card and also capture the photo in their mobile app..informed me that your sim will be activated after 4 hours however after 3 hours I got the message your validation is failed visit the Airtel store..they informed your photo is mismatched asked for different proof..

I have provided all the government proof ( pancard, license, aadhar card, voter card, passport) again . They took the copy of that once again and capture my photo again informing within 4 hours your sim card will activate by taking again 50 INR.

Now after 3 hours I am getting message your document validation is failed.

Ask from you.. whose mistake is this, one difference in the government proof photo and now is I have removed mustache and beard. Because of this you are rejecting the application.

I am using this service for last 15 years.. even I am using all your products including Airtel black.
