Dear sir/mam,
Maine Amazon prime membership lene ke liye Airtel ka 1 saal ka recharge kiya hain 3359₹ wala but mujhe membership mili nahi hai customer ko call karta hoon to bass wo mujhe 5 din, 4 din aise din hi dete rahte bass
Yahi issue pichhle 2 month se hai isi tarah pichhli baar maine 699₹ ka ka 56 days validity wala recharge kiya tha tab bhi Amazon prime membership use nahi kar paya tab bhi same issue call kiya to bolte hai ki Amazon se bat karo aur Amazon me call kiya to wo bolte hai ki airtel se baat karo aise me hi pichhla recharge mera waste gaya lekin os baar maine 1 year validity ka recharge kiya hai aur ab bhi mera issue solve nahi kar rahe hai ye log ab aap hi jo meri help kar sakte hai

    From 3 year complaint had raised on my number team had visited in my location we are staying next to National Highway but no network of airtel

    5 times team visited but still no Resolution

    he had sanctioned my land for Tower Installation Process but still paper work not signed

    Please intimate me when paper work will be signed from JALNA AIRTEL NETWORK TEAM OF TOWER INSTALLATION

      I recently got a postpaid number [protected]. Once it got activated, I started getting a lot of calls from unknown people wanting to speak to some Sonawale. I kept saying wrong number and blocking the calls. Still I got calls from new numbers on daily basis. I send email to Airtel ([protected]@in.airtel.com) to cancel my number and also requested a refund of the initial amount for the same. They completely ignored that and did not respond. I tried sending email again next day and the day after and still no response. Then I messaged them via Twitter to see if they will respond there and they asked me to block the numbers and then asked me to put DND. I explained that these are not telemarketers but people who want to connect with the previous owner of the SIM and they continued to keep saying block numbers and DND and the conversation was just looping over like as if talking to a dumb machine. I eventually told them at this point I'm frustrated enough with their service that I'd cut my losses short and just asked them to cancel my number and they can keep my money. And they reply with the same DND and blocking number message. They absolutely refuse to cancel my number despite multiple requests. What can I do to make these brain dead people take action?

        I have added international package of 3999/- for Switzerland.
        I have able to make and receive calls since last 5 days. But today all my incoming calls are failing.
        I am able to make outgoing calls.

              Hi team

              myself was the customer for airtel broadband and used the connection as prepaid customer and taken service and airtel was charged me as prepaid customer and now bill is generated for not using the connection and harrasiing me for bill payment in sence of telecalling genrated with any time sence and distrubing my personal life..

                Contacted them multiple times... Really fed up... Plz help me to resolve this issue

                      We were sold an expensive plan by Airtel’s sales agent RICHARD which comprised of 4 postpaid numbers, 1 DTH and 1 fibre net.

                      Till date the DTH has not been installed and additionally, the 3 numbers are not linked to the parent number despite regular follow ups and calls to customer care.
                      Every time I was asked to pay outstanding amount on the child numbers and promised it will be linked in few hours of time frame.

                      I feel cheated and harassed by the team which has wasted my time, efforts and money.

                      I truly believe the Indian system will take care of this and the company should compensate me fairly not only for the extra money they charged but also for my time and fatigue.

                        2 months back I have cleared all my postpaid bills and got the number disconnected since it was lost. I went to the store they told me to request it online. I made the customer care executive do it. Still they are generating the bills and calling me to pay the bills. How do I get a solution?? Now my bill is 1500. I don't want to pay anything else since this is not my mistake....

                        I recently did an Airtel DTH recharge on 9th Feb .

                        I just found that I had did the recharge to a different account number than the intended number.

                        My DTH account number is [protected], but by mistake i did the recharge to [protected].

                        Is there anyway we can rectify this?

                            I am not receiving any incoming call or message from last 2-3 days though outgoing call and internet are ok.I have complained 2-3 times to customer care and they tell they will solve my problem in 1 hours but it has been a long time my problem is not solved yet .So my humble request to solve my problem immediately otherwise I have to Port this number to another service...

                            I requested for my sim port on 2nd feb and the airtel executive came and ported my sim and said ur sim will be ported withing 3 days and charges 299rs for recharge but after 1 week my sim got ported but without recharge when I asked Airtel about this they ignored. Here below I have share screenshot of the call records and payment.

                              I ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel on 3rd Feb 2023 and it was yesterday (8th Feb 2023) at around 11 pm that my former sim's network was lost so I inserted the Airtel sim.
                              Since then it has shown no network at all, I was not even able to do the tele-verification, I restarted my phone, changed the sim slot, switched on and off the flight mode, I even mailed the Airtel customer care but it still shows No services/Emergency calls only.
                              What am i supposed to do ?
                              Please help me with this.

                                My Airtel acctount no. [protected]
                                I'm registered with GST with Legal Name SUKUMARAN PALLATH as sole proprietor. I have requested AIRTEL to provide me with GST TAX INVOICE. As per the support call they have asked me to send in the GSTN certificate & PAN copy to their email id [protected]@in.airtel.com

                                I have sent the details and they acknowledged by support call for verification. They informed next month onwards...

                                Even with the highest cost its worst service, I reported for frequent wifi disconnection but they closes SR even without resolving my issue and i am raising new SR everyday, first they aren't resolving the issue over that they are closing the request by themselves.
                                For every issue you have to request them seems like i am the borrower, my problem for[protected]_dsl isn't resolved in a week,

                                  I have purchased airtel xstream android box to use android apps on TV. As my family is out of town for function I am not watching TV shows. I am not able to use android apps it is asking me for recharge. There are apps with open option disabled. It's cheating with customers as they are marketing as android box.

                                  enable option to open other Android apps.
