    Hi mynumber is [protected] I recharged on 13 Feb 2023 in the amount of 2999 after my old plan expires new plan is not activated my phone deducted when I am calling

      Hi team

      myself was the customer for airtel broadband and used the connection as prepaid customer and taken service and airtel was charged me as prepaid customer and now bill is generated for not using the connection and harrasiing me for bill payment in sence of telecalling genrated with any time sence and distrubing my personal life..

When I asked for port code via message I received a message like this [ UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.]
        Contacted them multiple times... Really fed up... Plz help me to resolve this issue

              We were sold an expensive plan by Airtel’s sales agent RICHARD which comprised of 4 postpaid numbers, 1 DTH and 1 fibre net.

              Till date the DTH has not been installed and additionally, the 3 numbers are not linked to the parent number despite regular follow ups and calls to customer care.
              Every time I was asked to pay outstanding amount on the child numbers and promised it will be linked in few hours of time frame.

              I feel cheated and harassed by the team which has wasted my time, efforts and money.

              I truly believe the Indian system will take care of this and the company should compensate me fairly not only for the extra money they charged but also for my time and fatigue.

                2 months back I have cleared all my postpaid bills and got the number disconnected since it was lost. I went to the store they told me to request it online. I made the customer care executive do it. Still they are generating the bills and calling me to pay the bills. How do I get a solution?? Now my bill is 1500. I don't want to pay anything else since this is not my mistake....

                I recently did an Airtel DTH recharge on 9th Feb .

                I just found that I had did the recharge to a different account number than the intended number.

                My DTH account number is [protected], but by mistake i did the recharge to [protected].

                Is there anyway we can rectify this?

                    I am not receiving any incoming call or message from last 2-3 days though outgoing call and internet are ok.I have complained 2-3 times to customer care and they tell they will solve my problem in 1 hours but it has been a long time my problem is not solved yet .So my humble request to solve my problem immediately otherwise I have to Port this number to another service...

                    I requested for my sim port on 2nd feb and the airtel executive came and ported my sim and said ur sim will be ported withing 3 days and charges 299rs for recharge but after 1 week my sim got ported but without recharge when I asked Airtel about this they ignored. Here below I have share screenshot of the call records and payment.

                      I ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel on 3rd Feb 2023 and it was yesterday (8th Feb 2023) at around 11 pm that my former sim's network was lost so I inserted the Airtel sim.
                      Since then it has shown no network at all, I was not even able to do the tele-verification, I restarted my phone, changed the sim slot, switched on and off the flight mode, I even mailed the Airtel customer care but it still shows No services/Emergency calls only.
                      What am i supposed to do ?
                      Please help me with this.

                        My Airtel acctount no. [protected]
                        I'm registered with GST with Legal Name SUKUMARAN PALLATH as sole proprietor. I have requested AIRTEL to provide me with GST TAX INVOICE. As per the support call they have asked me to send in the GSTN certificate & PAN copy to their email id [protected]@in.airtel.com

                        I have sent the details and they acknowledged by support call for verification. They informed next month onwards...

                        Even with the highest cost its worst service, I reported for frequent wifi disconnection but they closes SR even without resolving my issue and i am raising new SR everyday, first they aren't resolving the issue over that they are closing the request by themselves.
                        For every issue you have to request them seems like i am the borrower, my problem for[protected]_dsl isn't resolved in a week,

                          I have purchased airtel xstream android box to use android apps on TV. As my family is out of town for function I am not watching TV shows. I am not able to use android apps it is asking me for recharge. There are apps with open option disabled. It's cheating with customers as they are marketing as android box.

                          enable option to open other Android apps.

                            I change my sim as I lost my phone . Airtel retailer near my home told me to take new sim.He charged me Rs 150 rupees which was supposed to be only 50 rupees.
                            I asked them that only 50 Rs are charged in alternate Number.

                            He politely told me that distributers have there own cut in this.later I visited the local Airtel Store in SHAHPUR muzafaarnagar and asked the same thing ...He also replied the charge for sim change is 150..

                              Hello Sir / Mad'm
                              I got a SMS form airtel cust. care on 6th Of feb '23, that I need to submit my documents once again
                              for the reverification of the same. I find it bit piculiar why should a client needs to re-submit the docs. Its the responsibility of the company to take care of their clients records.
                              They even mentioned in the msg that I need to submit the docs at my earliest else they are going to deactivate my out-going & in-coming service simultaniously.

                              According to me they should send a verification call to the cust. instead of asking for the docs.I will be highly obliged if you guys can do something and help me sort out this problem.

                                I have raised a ticket earlier.My Service Request number is CLCCV3CHN[protected], and it was dated on 24th December 2022.

                                As per the earlier discussion with your customer service representative, I was informed that I need to turn off my mobile data when not using it to avoid data loss. I have been following this instruction and turned off my data during the night. However, this morning (8/2/23).I was surprised to see that 355 MB of data was used during the night when my data was supposed to be off. I am the only one who has access to the phone.i am sure the data was off. When turned on data this morning, it is showing 1.7 GB left in your Airtel app.

                                Upon checking the internet, I found that many other customers are also facing similar issues.I see similar complaint in this website also . It is clear that this is a problem from Airtel's side. I am attaching a screenshot of the data monitor of my phone as evidence of my complaint.( You can see daily usage at the bottom of the screenshot, it also has the date too.) Only 41 mb data is used at the time of taking the screenshot.

                                  Hi,

                                  I have an Airtel Black subscription for Airtel Fibre and Airtel D2H. Due to some technical reason, there is no Signal on both the devices from Dec 28th, 2022, and I have raised the request against the same with SR # 77251997 however till date none of their technician visited to check on the issue. They are closing the ticket without visiting the site. And every month they are billing me thats not right. I cannot pay for the services that I have not rendered. My designated RM is also not responding appropriately. Need your immediate intervention to help me in getting this issue resolved.
