[Resolved]  Airtel — SMS Outgoing facility not available since last one week

I am holding Airtel mobile bearing registration no.[protected]. SMS Outgoing facility is not available since last one week even after our complaining to customer center thrice during last week. I have changed the sim card after informed by Airetel store, Madhapur. Since this facility is very required by me, early action in the matter is solicited. For your information when i am sending sms, i always found ERROR indication.Your utmost action/reply is also requested
