Hello team,

I have been following with you since multiple days and every time a new request is created and 2 days after date is given.
Sr78281063 / sr78224493 / sr78140529
Can you please give me a deadline when can i expect the recharge reversal to my icici bank account.

Attached all the document.

Issue :
On 2nd july 2017 i had made a recharge payment of rs. 31, 265 towards mobile number [protected] by mistake.

It's my chennai number which i used in 2009.

Currently it is not working or owned by anyone.

I request you to revert back this transaction to my savings account (Icici : [protected]) through which the i have made the payment.

Please help me out its very urgent.

Hello Team,

Its being more than 10 working days and i have not received any credit as requested on following tickets which are like clone tickets to extend that deadline every time i send an email to enquire about status.

SR78281063 / SR78224493 / SR78140529

Can you please provide an deadline and honour that request and let me know if you need more document or information.

Last deadline was given was 3rd August(SR[protected] and that has also way passed.

Please help me out on this and provide an estimate when i can expect the money in my account.
