Please provide me with the sr number of my airtel number [protected] because flipkart customer care executive are asking me the sr number so as to provide me with the bundle offer on my nokia 6.1 plus, as i didn't got the bundle offer instead got a festive offer which i didn't claim I have called airtel customer care but they don't know what an sr number is.
