I am using airtel postpaid for quite sometime, they have introduced a scheme called airtel secure to insure the mobile against accidental and liquid damage. Claiming that the user only need to pay 10% of repair charges and rest will be borne by insurance company. Paying a premium of rs100 + gst more than a year. When i've actually encountered the issue of accidental damage to mobile, the real colour of airtel secure was revealed. Submitted the claim on 11-nov-18 with all the requisite documents. However, instead of the pickup of mobile for due repair, i'm ended only with repeat queries and nonsense extra documents. Still now the issue was not resolved and i'm submitting the new documents for their masti. Brief sequence as below:

These one assist and airtel people are entirely screwing the genuine customers. Everytime i upload the document, im receiving an email stating your documents are incomplete, however it is a new document requirement which was not informed earlier.
So far i've given them nearly 20 photos of my mobile. They could easily visit and see my broken mobile as much as they want only they need is timepass and make me frustrated and leave the claim and get the mobile repaired by myself.
Request concerned to take prompt action
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Why have you rejected my porting request. All my bills are always paid on time.
Pls.act professionally and process the request.
You are creating unnecessary frustration and forcing me to cancel all family and friends airtel subscriptions.
