Airtel — STD landline phone calls not going through from Airtel prepaid | |
I am a senior citizen and a customer of airtel prepaid since past 10 plus years. I have a Airtel Gujarat prepaid connection and I am currently in Bangalore. I am not able to connect with my family members as using my airtel, i am not able to call any STD landline numbers. I had raised a complaint regarding the same on 20th september 2021. Complaint ID CQUKI3WST[protected]. Airtel closed my complaint even without checking with me once what is my issue. I went to airtel store located on Varthur Road Bangalore, to get some help, they did not listen to my issue as my number was of Airtel Gujarat. I am not able to reach customer care 121 also. Is this the way to treat a senior citizen? Was this information helpful? | |
