Dear Sir, Subject : Airtel Tower Problem in Our Village From Last Eight Month. Sir, We are villagers from Bihar . Our Commplete address is VP: Sarari Vaya: Goreakothi Dist: Siwan Bihar Pc: 841434 Sir we are facing tower problem in our village from last eight month. We are only getting tower just eight hour in day. We complain so many times ( approx 10 times ) regarding this problem. But till date no any response from airtel officer. They only listen our problem . But not giving us proper solution. The chhapra official directly tell to us that we can provide tower more then eight hour. But from last two days we are not getting tower just only eight hour also. complete shut down. From last two days the timing of tower shut down is. 9-9-2014 2:50pm to 4:Pm tower shut down. 11PM---8AMnext day tower shut down [protected] 2:50PM to 4Pm (tower shut down 5PM to 7:15PM tower shut down. 9PM to 7AM next day (tower shut down) [protected] 12PM to Till time tower complete shut down. This is the exact situation of tower . There are no any proper action taken by airtel officer. Approx 2000 People suffering due to this prble. Its request to you sir please take proper action on this issue. Sir you can also review the software that what is the exact time of tower on and shut down. You can review the software and take proper action. Ya you can also do a survey to villagers of sarari about tower problem Thanks Villagers Sarari
