Hi Im writing to complaint about Airtel call centers. It took more than 4 calls and 40 minutes to get to speak with an executive without call getting disconnected on wait. Secondly, an executive operating from Punjab/ Mohali call center, who said his name was Rahul was very rude and on asking to connect to another executive or his seniors he asked me to cut the call as he couldn't transfer the call to anyone. When asked to speak with his manager, he outrightly refused and disconnected the call. I had called at 22:00 today from airtel mobile no. [protected] to in to inquire about a recharge plan for mobile no. [protected]. I had been trying since 21:00 to get to resolve my query.

I am selecting monthly 149 Rs/- plan. I am not select any Internet plan, but they are charging Internet bill also. Lost month also i am paid extra money with out using Internet. So Please de activate Internet in to my two Sims and also give back the money i am paid extra lost month. Now already i am receive bills this month, so please reposed ASAP.         My no is [protected].I used this no last 3 years with out any sort of information service provider stop my outgoing calls due to addressed verification although they verified my addressed initially .Now their customer care suggesting to contact to airtel relationship center.in my location no such center exit(few center available in west bengal).now how this problem sloved.pl take the necessary action.

          Contact no [protected]. On 2nd sept. 2014, i got message from AP-650011 "Rs 45=500MB 2G, 30 din k liye1 Extra validity 1hr mein. Rs=1gb 2G, 28 din tak. Offer 29-Sep-14 tak. Offer ke liye, call 121314 ya dial*121*1#". I recharged my account with Rs45 on the same day. But validity was not extended to a month. I called to register acomplaint. My complaint No is 6251408 and Harpreet (customer care executive ) said it will be solved by 9th Sep 2014. On 9th sept 2014, i didnot receive any call from airtel instead i called 10 times. But after talking to executive call get disconnected every time. Same msg i have received 5 times. I am dissatisfied with the services of airtel. Never recommend to anyone. Kindly look into my issue or i have only one choice but to register a complaint in Consumer Court.

            Hi, I have requested to disconnect my airtel data card number ([protected]) on june 28th of 2014. At that time airtel cus care representative suggested me to migrate in to prepaid. He asked me to submit photo proof and simcard to any airtel outlet in tamilnadu. Since, that time I am out of tamilnadu and I could not submit my proofs. Regarding this issue I have contacted customer care again on 25 the July 2014. They told while you are converting into prepaid, you get waive. The issue is every month they are generating the bill and asking to pay. Regarding this issue I sent couple of mails to 121 airtel cus care and today I spoke with customer care supervisor.They are saying, if it is active status you need to pay the rent. Regarding the issue everyday I am getting calls from collection departments. My concern is without using why should I pay the rent for the number.

              Hi, Aitel Account no: [protected] Name : Mani Selvan G My set top box is keep on restarting. After raising a complaint, service engineer visited. After seeing it he said to replace the box with the charge of Rs.500/-. I did not understand this concept of replacing the Set Top Box. He has to repair the current box, thatswhy Rs.150/- is charged for his visit. If the box has to be replaced there should be an airtel office, where we can go and change a new piece. For already used piece I have to pay 500/- again if it goes bad, engineer will just say replace the box, again i have pay 500/-. Kindly repair the my own Set Top Box and charge accordingly. -Mani

                  I Devendra Kumar Verma use airtel sim from 2007 no. [protected] prepaid. for the our sim transfer in post paid. I was submited all paper and full fill all formalities with Rs. 250/- deposit in 29.8.2014. but today 9.9.2014 no transfer in postpaid my sim .it is very bad work. I call to company but no response.                         I bought a duplicate sim for No. [protected] on 18th Aug 2014 from "Abi communications, DINDIGUL". The sim has not been activated, I contacted them after a week, they (ABI COMMUNICATIONS, DINDIGUL) said, We raised SR request for your number but the request has been rejected. So, they said we can give a try again. So, I bought a new duplicate sim again after a week, its the same response and suggested me to get to the NODAL OFFICE in Santhome, Chennai. So, I bought a new duplicate sim on 4th Sep 2014 in NODAL OFFICE, SANTHOME, CHENNAI, I again contacted them the NODAL OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE, they said it would get activated by 8th sep 2014 and the sim is not yet been activated and there's no response from them too. In between I contacted 121, Its too worst, they keep on disconnecting the calls after I explain the problem or else they give me a invalid reference Number, So, I couldn't reach your Nodal office by call too. Just give a response, whether I can get my number back or Airtel needs my number.
                        Its the worst response from AIRTEL. POOR SERVICE.
                        Just reply me that airtel needs back all the fancy numbers or can it resolve the problem?
                        PLEASE DON'T GIVE ME AN AUTOMATED EMAIL OR THE CALLBACK FOR EYEWASHING, BECAUSE I'M TIRED OF IT.

                        WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                        If NODAL OFFICE IN CHENNAI CANT RESOLVE THE PROBLEM, WHY ITS CALLED NODAL OFFICE, ITS JUST A SHOWROOM WITH NO PROCESSING, ONLY TIMEPASSING WITH CUSTOMERS SHOWROOM IN AC.

                          Hi, I have purchased DTH services from Aitle last year and pay 3000 Rs for HD Set Top box and 3000 for 1 year HD package. After complete - 1 year - right now I am not affording HD package value and want to down grade my services - but Airtel telling me that he change the policy and must need to select HD package only. My Customer ID: [protected] When Airtel is sending offer to existing customer to change the Normal to HD set top box - why they are not alerting like this type of condition? Why I must need to select HD package only? Could you please ask to reason to set this type of mandatory policy setting? Thanks Dipesh

                            Reference is made to my call to Customer care at 13:24 on 08 Sep 14 asking reasons for the deduction of Rs 8/- each from my balance against the 2 failed calls made to SBI Toll Free number [protected] at 13:21 Hrs on 8 Sep 14. Your Customer Service Executive was very discourtesies and the call was abruptly cut before hearing the customer full. Two calls were made to the later known inactive Toll Free Numbers of State Bank Of India and it was not matured. No sooner call ended SMS text messages was sent informing about the last call charges as Rs 8/- each. When contacted Customer Care their response was lukewarm and call was ultimately cut off. Requesting hereby to check my last call details and rectify the error so that refund may be credited the account. Also please ensure your executives who attends the customers to hear the complaint in full as it takes lot of time to come to them and when they find it’s beyond his or her capacity they should direct the customer to their Supervisor or any right person.

It’s a very old no. so I am facing lot of issue as its inactive and moreover i called several times in airtel customer care and and on the no. of Mr. Dipankar Haldar who came to my office and took the cash for security deposit and necessary documents. the person is not receving my phone. i would like to ask is this the way such a big MNC works??? with such sort of negligency ????                                   I bought new 2 SIM cards in the name of vijayalakshmi and Saraswathi before 10 days. But it is not active till now as on 08/09/2014. Why it is delayed. The no.                                       I bought a 4g airtel connection (id: [protected]) some time back and after the initial few days, it stopped working properly...every time we called the customer care for help they asked me to reset and try again..anyway used this seamless connection for 7-8 months...Didn't have a choice since I had paid 2k for it...and even when it wasnt working they charged 1200 per month in my plan..lately it stopped working altogether...Also somebody from airtel changed the password so I couldnt log into it...even then they billed me for that month...not only that Airtel calls you and disturbs about 4-5 times a day to ask for payment...if you have a problem and try calling them there is hardly any response and you have to keep waiting on hold for somebody to answer. Anyway I reset my password and was still facing the same issue. The internet seemed to work better on laptops but on android devices and iPads it hardly ever worked. Later some Airtel employee said that the router had a technical issue (4-antennae one) but they would not replace it with the new one but I would have to buy the new one again with Rs. 1500.. With such horrendous service, I stopped paying the monthly bill because to be honest I DID NOT HAVE INTERNET since it wasnt working. They started to send guys to my place to collect the money and harass family members (what kind of a working person stays at home on a weekday afternoon? obviously these airtel guys have very little common sense). Now they call me incessantly everyday. I had asked them to stop my connection but they wouldnt even do that. Kept asking me to clear the bill (for internet I had not used). Anyway I have decided to clear the bill and stop the connection. Thats the only way to stop these guys from pestering me everyday. I am only writing this here to make people aware of the problems you are going to face if you take up the 4G airtel offer...their servers have technical flaws and you should not expect seamless internet connection no matter how much you pay. I have shifted to MTS and their service and connection is way better. I[censored] want a new internet connection DO NOT TAKE AIRTEL 4G. You will regret it trust me. The best I could do was warn others. Good Day.

As per the plan I have 2 GB o[censored]sage free, and my total usage for this 1 month period was less than 2 GB. But, they have charged amount for this usage when they have said earlier that its free. I also gave complaint 2 times, but they are not responding. So, i request to kindly do the needful.
