Airtel — Suspended my sim without any prior info

I use an airtel prepaid sim. My sim got suspended out of nowhere. When I called their customer care, they said ref verification of my number is required that is EKYCI followed their steps and I was told that my services will be activated in two hours, but Dad did not happen again, call them, and they said now the services will be restored in 24 hours. after four hours. I called them again This time they said that I have to visit their off-line stores for the verification.
I am so angry by their customer support and services. Just let me know how can I get back at them.
