Airtel — temporary suspension of my sim | |||
My airtel sim was inactive for 2-3 months. After which the sim was temporarily suspended. After bringing this matter to customer care, they advised me to visit nearest service centre. The service centre provided me with duplicate sim card, after taking my documents. The sim card isn't working again (Temporarily suspended). Please look upon this matter. I have submitted my address proof, etc documents again as told by service centre. But the duplicate sim isn't working. Was this information helpful? | |||
