To airtel Dear sir / mam Or To whomsoever it may concern I have 2 connection's at my residence at d 23 southextension part 2, 2nd floor new delhi 110049, india 1: 41717241 2: 41717242 I have cleared the bills for the above landlines, u can check as per records today & as per the system. I had recently applied for a third connection at my residence as above, over 10 days back. Here is the problem the persom from airtel came to my residence & said that ur internal wiring is not right, so pls fix it and call us and we will instal the connection! He dropped the modem at my gate and walked away. I called him phew times but they never came for the installtion after various request. Neither the connection has been installed at my premises neither any number has been provided to me neither i have any clue. Now this man from aitel calls me speaks over the third connection and it's bill today morning & openly threatened me that if i wont he will teach me a lesson??? Is this what i expect from airtel? The person is suresh, mobile number is [protected] & shouts at me??? He and has associate who was responsible in the installtion have not firstly installed the connection at my place and without my notice or any details given to me, now say i am liable to pay this amount? Can someone seriously from airtel call me & resolve this and take this man & corrupt team to task! Also he told me that i will problems if i don't pay for the 3 rd unidentified number which i have no clue??? I B.ANNAPURNARAO a resident of malkajgiri secunderabad lost my mobile phone along with SIM card having AIR TELL number [protected]. please arrange for blocking it and for issuing new SIM card with same cell number. Please intimate me through my second Airtell phone with number [protected].
