Airtel — top up charges remitted not updated

Ello this is to bring to your notice. That online recharge remitted amount is not updated in spite of getting message from airtel portal that payment successful. On attempting to use the phone for calling desired numbers the prompt from airtel server is "your call cannot be processed as there is no sufficient balance balance in credit.. The mobile no in question is [protected] of ap and telangana circle./ an amount of rs! 49 was remitted through net banking on 21/04/2020 at 10.12 am. The hdfc bank portal from where the payment was donerelayed a message" thanks for paying rs.! 49 from a/c xxxx7950 to citrusairtel via netbanking "... Airtel portal further acknowledged" payment sucessful "quoting transaction ref no[protected]. However subsequently when customer attempted to call the airtel portalrelayed message like" the call cannot be progressed as there is no balance in credit "...
