[Resolved] Airtel — Tried a 3G recharge through net banking,money has been debited from my account to Airtel but did not get the recharge pack. | |||
on 29nth I tried recharging 3G pack through internet banking. Money has been debited from my account to airtel and I received the message from the bank for this but my internet pack was not charge, on the contrary I received a message from airtel about the transaction failure.Transaction number- 959594 I complained about it to Airtel immediately and received a message that they will call with in two hours but still did not receive call from any customer care representative. complain number- PR[protected] 121, 198 are toll free numbers given all over the net for airtel, are actually connecting me to idea customer care. Assistance from any customer care representative of airtel seems illusive. Worst experience with airtel, hope the issue is resolved soon Was this information helpful? | |||
