Airtel — Trouble in 5G network

I am writing to inform you that my 5G unlimited service is not working properly. Instead of providing unlimited 5G data, my plan is consuming my 4G data, which is limited to only 2GB per day. This is causing inconvenience for me.

I am a student, and I specifically chose this plan for the unlimited 5G benefit to support my studies and daily usage. However, due to this issue, I am unable to use the service as expected. I kindly request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible and

ensure that my 5G unlimited service works correctly.

If this problem is not resolved, I may be forced to port my number to another network. Additionally, there are around 10 members in my household who are using Airtel SIMs, and I may ask them to port their numbers as well if the issue continues.

I hope you will take this matter seriously and provide a quick resolution.
