Airtel — Two bills for family plan

Hi We ported to Airtel recently our two numbers [protected] and [protected] while in Pune. We were suggested a family plan which will suit us and informed that we will get only one bill of about Rs 800 and serve our purpose of getting OTP s on both the numbers while abroad. Now we are getting two separate bills of a much higher amounts. Please check and do the needful asap though in good faith we are paying the bills.
