[Resolved]  Airtel — Two time payment done but mentioned only one time

My name is asha pitliya .My airtel account no is [protected].My phone no is HYPERLINK "tel:42211111"

I gave cheque to the boy who came at the time of new airtel broadband connection.He asked the cheque for 6 months the amount of Rs.4774/- I gave the cheque before the connection start.After some days I got 4 to 5 call from the company that your amount is not paid yet.So i thought that the cheque i gave has been misplaced or some other problem. Without enquiring that the cheque is debited or not i made payment through credit card the amount of Rs.4791/-.The amount i gave second time by credit card is updated and the cheque is not updated in ur account but debited from my account the detail is given below also the statement of bank account is attached.
2. Cheque:
i. Cheque Amount -4774/-
ii. Date of depositing the cheque -04/05/2016
iii. Location of payment (address of the drop box) -account in hdfc bank in tarnaka branch
iv. Cheque Number -000001
v. Cheque Date -04/05/2016
vi. Bank statement showing the debit -yes it is debited'

Already many times i mailed but no responce pls response as soon as possible.
