[Resolved]  Airtel — unable to make a call even with a valid unlimited call plan

My unlimited will expire after 13 days. Still i'm unable to make a call. When icall someone, it says 'u do not have sufficient balance to make a call'. I've tried shifting network type, also i tried to make a call with mobile data off but still not able to make a call. It is very disappointing to bear such problems. Pls fix this issue as soon as possible.

My package was expired already but the airtel was showing expiry date after 13 days. So they made a call to me describing about that and to make a recharge asap
