Tried all the steps provided by customer care. Issue not resolved. Got duplicate sim from airtel store. Issue not resolved. Submitted my proof again in airtel store. Issue not resolved. I've lost many important calls in last 3 days due to airtel technical inability, My monthly package money is taken into Airtel pocket, by not providing even the basic call service to customers.
