[Resolved] Airtel — Unable to make outgoing calls in roaming | |||
I have an Airtel prepaid connection number [protected] from kolkata. Whenever I was in roaming I am unable to make outgoing calls, but receive incoming calls. When I am in home network I have complaint lots of time to customer care and they said it has been solved, but the problem remain as usual. Now I am in roaming and facing same problem. Am not able to make outgoing calls while roaming on my airtel number. But am recieving incoming calls..please solve the issue asap

Have never seen a provider before that doesn't cover its entire home country. Got a prepaid sim in Delhi, can't make outgoing calls in any other state. Completely outrageous.

I'm on roaming and I'm unable to make any calls. I'm traveling from visakhapatnam to Kolkata and suddenly outgoing stopped and incoming is normal. The *121# is a waste service as it doesn't solve your issue and doesn't connect you to the cx care.

While iam in roaming, iam unable to join the office meetings via conference call.
Call calls from meeting number. After receiving the call it asks to enter the meeting id. The key-pad is displayed and iam dialling the meeting-id and # but the voice keep on saying dial the meeting id.
This issue occurs only when iam in roaming (other state). In the home state it works fine.
Service: Airtel
Phone: Lenovo vibe.
Any suggestions to resolve this issue will be of great help
