Harassment by a lady calling on behalf of Airtel

Hi, I got a call from [protected] on my mobile phone at about 1530 hours today. A lady wanted to know why I haven't paid my pending bill. I requested the lady to send me a full and final bill which i could pay. She was rude and insisted on having a verbal duel with me. I asked her to hang up but she refused, eventually I disconnected. After that I got over 15 calls from the same number that i kept disconnecting. Is this a banana republic...

Money deduction from main account balance

Dear Sir, I use airtel service (mobile no. [protected]) for mobile communication and for 3G data. On 9th of march, I had around 220 rs in my mobile main balance and around 44 MB data for 3G internet. But, within 10 minutes, My account balance came down to 0.79 rs and had 44 MB data for 3G. They deducted internet charges from my main balance while I had 44 MBs left in my account. I had filed a complaint to customer care. Its number is CBDMO[protected]....

Postpaid connectivity issue

Airtel cheating us

Today morning i received a message from airtel (ie., Special offer only for you! Rs95=1GB 2G, 28days. Rs131=1GB 3G, 28days. Offer valid till 6-Apr-2015 on airtel. To buy, call 121314 or dial *121*1# ) so i activate the Rs95 pack through Dial *121*1#...They took Rs95 from my account and they gave me only 200MB that too for 14days...what is this??????????...Why are U(Airtel) cheating us(Customers)......

Fraud & Misleading Customers

This complain is regarding to one of your agent brijesh contact number[protected]. My company contacted airtel for corporate number and this guy came to our office and gave us different plans and he told me about some RA199 plan and told me that i will be getting 900mins of local+national+roaming with 300 free messages and unlimited 2g data every month with a monthly rental of 199 rupees and he even charged me Rs1200 saying its a one time...

Problems faced due to Recycling of Mobile numbers by Airtel to customers.

Money deducted more than tariff

An easy recharge of 14 was made for making isd calls. A call made to Colombo-Sri Lanka was charged @ rs14/- per minute where as the tariff mentioned in the airtel website was 10ps per second. Deduction of main balance without any information
