My name is Adharsh. My mobile number is [protected]. On 28th march, 2015, I got notified by a message saying that Laila service has been activated and Rs.35 has been deducted. I don't want that service in first place.. . I deactivated the service immediately but money is not reimbursed. I want them to return money to my account and I don't want airtel to deduct any money in the name of "value added services"

My number is [protected] and I am using this number for past 5-6 years. Recently they are starting the services without asking the user.They activated LAILA service without asking for activation. Please take the necessary action.

    In these days my airtel network has become very poor... and also i have 3 internet recharge but the speed is very very slow... what i should do in this situation..?? Should i port my airtel into any other network or you will solve my problem... i have done complaint many times but all times i was given diffrent advises but nothing was that...

      on 26th march i visited airtel store malviya nagar to enqiure about broadband plans.one of your representative messed me"amit from bharti airtel [protected]". amit called me next day morning for information relating to my query.nd he said you have to take a quick decision on the same day whether you have to opt for a brodband connection or not.on 28th march he again called me and enqired about my decision .i said we will take a broadband plan probably next month.because we are using mtnl broadband..nd we want time to surrender and for all other process.he said "ki agar aapne lena nhi tha toh itna 'shor' kyu machaya airtel store par".i said bro who are you to tell me that ki maine shor macchya ya nhi..the he said airtel will not give you brodband paln.i want to ask who is he to decide airtel will not give me a broadband plan.as if he was thinking to be sole owner of a such a reputed company"bharti airtel".and who is he to decide that i have make a quick decision.he missbehaved with me on phone..and he abused also..is this a way to talk to a customer. customer has a right to decide.is this a marketing stratergy. "a company can be made a reputed company or a missbehaving company.nd who makes it' the employees' ".

        Subject: Error in Billing of phone no-[protected]/993/ five others Dear Sir, We have following numbers of Air 1-[protected] 2-[protected] 3-[protected] 4-[protected] 5-[protected] 6-[protected] 7-[protected] We are shocked to notice that our first five numbers are in CUG where as remaining last two numbers are being charged from and to the called made/ recieved from first five numbers. We requested airtel to look in to their mistake and correct the current month billing and also give us credit for the amount over charged since we have taken last two numbers. But they have clearly refused to acceept their mistake and holding us responsible for creating different ParentID for the two numbers taken by us about 18 months ago. Trust this Parent ID has been created by airtel intentionally to increase billing amount illegally.           As per telephonic conversation with Ms.Pooja today on Phone Number : [protected], I have paid total amount due Bill payment transaction has been processed successfully for your airtel mobile [protected]. Transaction ID[protected] Amount (Rs.) - 615.99 Please close my Data Card Permanently, I do not wish to continue this service with Airtel. I had requested 15 days back the same, but request got bounced and that time was told that I have to pay only Rs.300 as the data card is closed but still it was not closed and I had to pay Rs. 615.99, Airtel is Robbing people by doing such kind of activities and not closing the account on time. I need my Rs.315.99 Back once you close my account, this robbed amount will bring you misfortune and you will loose lot of business in coming days...and you will become Bankrupt... Regards Dadasaheb

            Hi, On 23/03/2015, I have requested airtel customer care for migration from prepaid to postpaid. On 26/03/2015, one of their sales executives(Mani Teja) had come to my house. He introduced to Airtel myfamily plan, he have misguided on the billing and charged 550/-(Activation+3 sim cards + other charges). But when inquired, no charges except activation i.e. 300 are applicable. He cheated us and received 250/- more from us. When called to customer care for complaint, they are not being responsive and kept me roaming from one office to other. None of the customer care or airtel office are helpful and are asking me to pay 200/- extra for every month apart from this issue.

              Airtel is not keeping track of consumer complaints and the interest they show to bring inn the peoples under their network for their services is not maintained when the consumers ask that they are not performing well and asking for un necessary bill payments and other payments when not used by consumers. It's literally a loot process they are following maintaining a team to call the customers frequently and ask them to pay the bill for non used month or for the month they have waived off the fare for customer for some customer valuable reason. And plz don't believe if the customer care members say that they have waived off a month rent at the time of cancellation as they are not maintaining the data and that ends up with bill pay accumulation and they calling frequently to pay additional month rent too. Very very worst network

                I am Kola v phanindra kumar from the state Telangana customer of Airtel. they are just deducting our balances ruthlessly, though i didnt use anydata for the early hours of 28 march 2015. my airtel data connection had ended on 27th of this month, i forgot and slept till morning which is 28th in the span of 5 hours in which i didnt even opened a google crome in my android mobile, they have charged me almost most 150 rupees when my settings were kept decative for ' autosync' even. airtel is been very rude towards customers, they are not even answering our questions correctly, they are just reading a script to everyone who are approaching them. i spoke to Mr Abdul kalam, supervisor, sandu samrajyam and dedalla venkatesh(customer care executives) they are not even giving their ID nos and they said that their office belong to hyderabad location please refer my nos data for your reference . samrajyam is not at all good and she is just reading some script not bothered about my issues and disconected the call abruptly. My airtel prepaid no is [protected] took on the name of Mr. kiran please follow up this kindly .. phanindra.

                    4g is worseI than all. donot buy airtel 4g Sir, I had taken a Airtel 4g connection [protected] for my home use. It worked for 4 days then stopped completely. I complained to their customer care. Airtel customer care should be renamed AIRTEL customer DOESN'T CARE. All they do is make you hold the lines and after a longtime will again give you the same number you called on to make a complaint. Anyway after many calls their technician came. They said they cant do anything as there is no network in the area. I want my money refunded as it is their fault. Please note NEVER BUY AIRTEL. Worst possible customer care.

                      Dear Sir, Our Airtel 4G LTE stopped functioning from 16th March and I registered a complaint on 17th March for the 4G LTE number[protected], vide complaint number[protected]. It has been 10 days and the issue is still unresolved. We have a absolutely heavy dependence on this internet connection since my wife works from home so that our children are attended to. Now with the connectivity not working, it has completely turned our life upside down since both o[censored]s have to go to office. We have explained our predicament atleast 15 times to Airtel but they do not seem to acknowledge and resolve the issue. The following people from Airtel have been contacted through their call center: Rafi, Saurabh, Irfan and finally Biju who was the manager mentioned that he cannot do anything about the issue and we have to just wait for it to be resolved. Ram Nivas visited our place on 25th March citing that he is a network technician and that the issue would be resolved today (27th March). While we had intermitted connectivity till 4 PM today (27th March), we are fully disconnected with no internet now. All pleads and requests to Airtel is just falling on deaf ears as there is no one taking accountability to get this issue resolved. We are struggling very badly to manage both our personal lives and professional lives due to this issue. We have ended up using a great deal o[censored]nplanned internet hours from our mobiles so that some work happens which has now lead to absolutely high mobile bills. My sincere request is for the court to intervene and help get the issue resolved so that we can get back to our normal schedules. Thanking you, Sharat Dayananda and Mythreyi Mudigonda

                          I am an engineering student who got a connection which was needed temporarily after me informing airtel Internet provider person in my place.My airtel number[protected]_tn is not disconnected insipte of me being informed personally by the airtel person who provided me the connection.I am not living in the provided address for about three months and now i received a call from a rude airtel person in chennai saying that the connection is still active and i need to pay around 5000 else they will file a complaint against me.If the connection is still active why did they inform me that they will disconnect my connection i am very unhappy with the services and i need a proper solution for my problem.

Previously also we raised multiple complaints, the Airtel team simply closed without any resolution & they never treat it as priority though many people complained for the same.                               I have called on 23th june to 198 for my plan upgration to rs.1198 monthly plan with 8 Mbps speed 60gb quota, the person confirmed me within 4 -6 hrs it will be done, i have to switch off my modem n switch on again after 4-6 hrs., Mean time i had informed my brother about this plan for nos 42761242 he imm called 198 but he got response that he cant upgrade to this plan since only 2 mpbs speed is available on his line.he imm called n informed about this to me. after 4 hrs i restarted my modem my checked my speed i was getting 4 Mbps speed where else i was only getting 2 Mbps speed earlier then imm i called 198 n asked about this they said the plan approval have gone within 24 hrs its will happen n i will get 8 mpbs on the same call i upgraded this same plan for my brother office nos[protected]wherein my brother called n they said only 2 mbps speed is available)

                              On 30th june i again called regrading this matter that i have not got 8 mpbs speed yet first some person picked n said only 2 Mbps speed is there in my line n so 8 mpbs speed is not possible i just disconnect the line n called back another person picked up n i had told him the whole history and he took request n ref. no.57209784 then on 1st june around 11 am ur person came n checked all lines n told 8 mpbs speed is possible theres some problem with the copper u just have to correct it ( since its some technical thing i could not understand about this) after some time i checked i was getting 8 mpbs speed (1st july 2015) then i think afternoon it again dropped so i gain checked n i was getting only 2 Mbps speed (the guy who came for checking mobile nos. [protected]) i called him again as he was riding bike he said he will call back n disconnect the line, then on 2th june some other person around 11 am came n checked with his modem n again the same thing he said that 8 Mbps speed is possible for my nos its just they have the some problem with copper they have to rectify which will be done within few hrs then give for fresh request for plan upgrade, i checked 2-3 times but i was getting only 2 mbps so i on 3rd i called back n ur people where saying same thing that only 2 mbps speed is there for ur nos n blah blah so i requested him to trf the call to some higher authority person after waiting in call for 7~8 mins it got trf to one miss.shalini (manager) i again explain all the old history n even she continue the same thing that only 2 mpbs speed is there so 8 mbps not possible i said ur person have checked n said its possible but she had ego n not ready to listen what am saying
                              i asked her when u people saying more than 2 mbps speed is not possible then how come i was getting 4 and 8 mpbs for these days n again she was not ready to listen n i told am just not satisfied with efforts o[censored]r people so am going to disconnect all my lines

                              am here by attaching u the a file of my speed test so that u understand the situation better n prove ur lazy person who does not want to help their clients

                              as am requesting you for my upgrade of my plan to rs.1199 / 8 Mbps speed / 60 gb quota else we shall disconnect all my lines n go for another interest services provider bcos paying the same amount am getting better speed from other services provider as am already using ACT at my home n another office which have 20 mpbs for same cost.

                                Dear Service executive, I have been chasing behind airtel DTH team since 1 week and cant get them to re setup my existing airtel set up box.                                   Hi, I got this new postpaid airtel number [protected] activated on 24th march 2015. It was working fine till yesterday 7:00 pm. After that all of a sudden network went off. I have tried restarting my phone. Then switched off and re-inserted the sim card. But no outcome of all those efforts. I am completely dissapointed.                                       when i cheek the special offer on this no.[protected] then I recharge with 76 rupees. the offer is in 76 repees u got 2g data with 1gb. but i got 1gb data but do not got a 2g speed . i also complaint in airtel costomer care and the technisian say that your complain is registerbut nothing do it. my contect no.
